"My Happy Place!!"
It’s been 6 and a half years since first joining BYB and let me tell you what. My home away from home, this is my happy place!! The coaching is stellar, the on site masseuse is a nice plus along with the infrared sauna and recovery but the family and community, top notch!! BYB has made a world of difference in my life, my health and my confidence. The perfect amount of support and encouragement to help push beyond your comfort zone and really improve. Safety is of utmost importance and again I can’t express what an amazing community this place has!! You can’t go wrong here!
